Everyone goes through bubbles of less creativity, and even if you are at your most creative when stressed or unhappy, it's unlikely that no matter how much your life has improved that it will always be 100% perfect and sunny. Even happy people with lots of positive things in their life still have reasons to need an escape now and again.
