Ichigo would scream and make sad faces, then go hollow and rampage until the murderer was dead. Orhime would scream and panic and try to bring them back from the dead. Rukia would probably die right after them either trying to save them, fighting the killer or stabbed in the back running toward them. And all of them would spend the rest of their life castigating themselves with guilt over it.
