Okay, I wouldn't actually ask that, but faced with that situation, I would definitely - and pointedly - ask him if he just asked a defenseless teenage girl if she was home alone and why he wanted to know that. Imply malicious intent, then back off and say, "I know you were probably just trying to make a joke, but it sounds creepy because of all the stuff I just said, so please don't."

And then grab the receipt and ask when it became store policy to not let kids pay for pizza, because as far as I know most only implement that if you pay with credit cards, if at all.
