Loves:
Soulbonding.
Peggy Sue time travel fix-its. Character goes right back to the beginning, gets a chance to change things.
H/C is good.
A character gets some smarts and turns the tables on everyone. That can include a Good Guy turning Grey or even going to the Dark side.
Dark is Not Bad/Light is Not Good.
Hates:
Deathfic.
Love triangles.
Soulbonds that force the couple to fall in love.
If you enjoyed it, it not rape.
Babies make everything better! Lets have babies! In general any very baby rabies attitudes. I don't mind if characters get written as having children, I just really dislike baby-making fetishes.
Fics where the hero is being influenced by a smug "I know better than you!" sort of character, especially if it constantly puts the hero down as being a moron who needs smug!character's guiding hand.
