The difference between it's/its, your/you're, and their/they're/there.

Facebook and email has really opened my eyes to how little people really know about grammar and spelling. I mean, sometimes it's just a matter of internet laziness, I've accidentally typed "me to" or "their are" without even realizing it because I was typing in a hurry and didn't look over what I'd written, but other times it's clear they really have no idea.

Mine is "a women". Sometimes I also see the reverse, when people say "woman" as if it's the plural.

And the worst is when I do it myself thanks to reading this so many times argh.

I know the difference and when I was little I was really hyper-aware of it but when I was around 13 or so I started confusing them. I still knew but I'd mess them up all the time, and I even told my mom that I thought I was getting stupider as I got older. (Her response? "Get used to that.") So people might know but just make mistakes, especially when it's in casual conversation.

sometimes people i work with mix up things like your/you're or there/their at work in things like signs they make or when they update the news board. it annoys me so much because those are things that people see when they come in to our building, seems unprofessional for work
