We get what OP is saying, but like with all secrets that have sweeping generalizations, we doubt how legitimate it is. Judging people who "only" go for male-dominated media is a huge waste of time unless the people in question say they're only interested in male-dominated media. Otherwise, how can you spot the people who just happen to be in male-dominated media (since most media is, in fact, male-dominated) versus the horrible she-hating sexists? You really can't unless the people in question are owning up to it already.

Determining that someone who happens to be in media that has a lot of guys to be actively avoiding women is arbitrary policing and is misogynist in itself as if women need to be infantilized and told what they should or shouldn't be involved in.
