I also have Kirk/Bones/Spock, Dean/Cas/Sam as OT3s, along with Barnaby/Kotetsu/various other people, Prussia/Germany/ItalyorFrance, Finland/Sweden/Denmark Team 8, Ichigo/Rukia/Renji...
Mainly I have my favorite character, than my main otp, and then branch off to various other people to make OT3s because I love both the love triangles and the threesomes.
