Could you elaborate? Gross seems to have stopped meaning "Universally Disgusting" (E.g. That artist guy who ate a dead human baby) and now seems to be the catch all term for "Anything I find Distasteful" (E.g. Moffat).

Don't mean to be a prick, but could you clarify which you mean, and if the former, could you take a stab at a more comprehensive explaination? You're by no means obligated to do so, but I am very curious, and would be very grateful if you'd indulge me.

It just squicks me out.

I don't really have a reason for it. It just does.

That, I suppose, is fair enough. You may have an uphill battle ahead of you, finding media to enjoy, but I genuinely wish you luck.

I do have a follow up question, actually, if you don't mind?

You're in a sexual relationship, yes? So presumably nudity and partial nudity does not squick you IRL?

So where do you stand on, say, live action porn? Is it different because the titillation is the reason it exists?

And to extend that question: What about non-porn media where fanservice is an inherent and intentional part of the character? seductress and seducers? Femme Fatales and roguish Casanova types? Does the fanservice they provide trouble you? Or is it just in shows like (for example) highschool of the dead where the fanservice is present inspite of the characters and stories rather than because of them?

No, no artist really ate a dead human baby.
