It's an anime series called KIBA. It's often dismissed as typical shounen fare with meh action scenes, or a more violent Pokemon, but it's still enjoyable, and the main characters -- the two pictured in the secret -- are great.

KIBA. It was a spring 06 anime, I think, lasted 51 eps. It's a shounen/fantasy series. Good stuff.

KIBA has such a small, inactive fandom and despite its faults I think it did really well with Zed and Noa -- oh, especially Noa's -- character development and speculating about the power structure and how power can corrupt people. Seriously, no joke. I want to know who you are. That way we don't have to feel weird and alone in the fandom. Please? ^.^;;
05) That was a really fun game, and admittedly Van is pretty dag hot. But eek, you do sound self-inserting. X.x;;
29) They're Billy and Veronica from RE0, right? I've never played the game, but I've watched my sister play it, and they do have some great, cute even interaction. I'm not big about the age gap, but they deserve more love.
