Lutefisk is awesome*! I won't hear anything else, if you are gonna complain about our food, complain about Smalahovud!

Wanna hear the story of how Lutefisk was first discovered? Or well the one I was told...

And oddly enough the Finns look more like the Norwegian stereotype than Norwegians... My hair colour is more normal, dark blonde, commonly known as "county coloured" in Norway.

*I might or might not be the only person under the age of 50 that actually likes Lutefisk, but yeah.

Not OP, but I've had lutefisk and liked it. It wasn't the weird jellied stuff I've heard described, though. I think it matters how it's prepared.
