I can sort of see it but I don't ship it. Benedict and Martin play off each other pretty well and I guess this is one of those speculative ships people have been stewing over for years.

Yeah, not just in this show's setting either. Holmes and Watson have had sorta almost-gay vibes in virtually every telling of the story. I'm not saying they are canon, but the pairing is not a desperate reach either, imo.
