It is entirely possible you do not have a response to this. Perhaps Swedish!anon does, if they are here (it's like 4 or 5 in the morning, isn't it??). Anyway, at some point I heard that a good number of Swedes don't like the Muppets' Swedish Chef... because they think he sounds Norwegian, not Swedish. Confirm/deny/thoughts?

It is 4 in the morning, but I am still awake.

I dunno, I haven't actually heard The Swedish Chef, except an Australians impression of it, but if he sounds Norwegian they would be happy to make fun of him.

Edit: Tho I would watch the whole film, you get to see the Swedes make fun of themselves, which is a pretty Scandinavian thing to do, change some stuff and you got Norway.
