Just chipping in to add on that though Bokmål and Nynorsk are not taught as separate subject we still get separate grades on them. Schools also gets to decide how they want to split the time between the two, so that means some get a decent amount of time on the secondary language and some get very little, so if you happen to get your secondary language as your written exam subject a lot of people are quite fucked as they have not been taught the subject enough.
