Fat, salt, carbs, protein. Sugar highs are too short, only resort to them if you're desperate, and measure out the sugar bit by bit.

Cheese and pasta is good, so are chops and sausages. Nuts are good too, especially peanuts. Don't go for anything too fibrous, it'll stay like a rock in your stomach if you're stressed, and the effort to digest might make you lose concentration/tired.

You may get a boost from fresh stuff though, so juice or a piece of fruit or carrot or capsicum/pepper.
