For things that haven't already been suggested: Make some ramen, throw in some nice additives you probably have laying around in the fridge (i.e. meat, vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, etc.), and you have a quick but solid meal! :)

Alternatively, just eat some ramen dry/raw - put the uncooked block of noodle on a plate, sprinkle the flavoring powder over it, and think of it like an overgrown chip or something. It's actually really good! Really bootlegged version is to break and slightly crush it in the bag, open it, take out the powder to sprinkle some in, hold the end of the twisted shut to take the bag a bit, and done! :D

Chips and soda are pretty good, too, and some interspersed candy for motivation.
