It's just that her crushing on guys doesn't eliminate the possibility of her also being interested in girls. Or that she doesn't have a large understanding of her own sexuality, presumably never having been in a relationship, or her sexuality is evolving, etc.
I'm not saying that she isn't straight, or that it's bad to assume she is. It's just that, unless it's stated in canon that she is, her behavior, and most other character's behavior, don't have to be interpreted as "straight".
(that being said, I'm not really interested in Anna's sexuality, I'd rather read Elsa as a lesbian for, well, obvious reasons)

In addition, sexuality can be much more fluid than people think. Even if she identifies as straight during film and even legally are attracted to men, it may not be in the case of later in life.
