Dear neighbour who is letting their dog piss in the building hallway: stop. Now. I know it's cold, but you signed up for this walking shit when you got the damn dog, so put on your big kid pants and stop letting your dog pee on people's doors. And the hall carpet. And the elevator.

I don't even want to know where that thing is taking a shit.

Wow, have you talked to your building manager about that? I've never known a building to tolerate that kind of thing.
