...Uh, you ARE strictly talking about actors in their off-season though, right? Because in that case...yea, who really gives a damn. Let them do what they feel comfortable doing. On a show though, I'm pretty sure that TPTB have to okay it, so even if it doesn't work for you they've probably discussed their look with someone.

Yes, we all dislike when the people we like to watch on TV don't look as hot to us as we'd prefer, but obviously somebody thought it looked nice and approved it. Just because you don't like the change doesn't mean it was made "for no reason."
