This is why I had to stop watching The Office. I got into it because of the "Parkour!" clip that was going around tumblr that had me in stitches, but then I realized I was skipping over more than half the episode because of second-hand cringe, and I decided it wasn't worth my time.

There are a lot of other shows that don't have cringeworthy moments (or at least not my version of cringeworthy), OP, so just watching something else.
