Have you tried audio books? It's a different type of experience from reading/watching, and you can do other things at the same time.

Also, I know Internet-diagnoses are tiresome, but the lack of attention or enjoyment in anything, combined with no friends or activities, sounds like depression to me, and I speak from experience.

There's nothing wrong with being an introvert and there's nothing wrong with daydreaming and fantasizing, but if it's bothering you, then maybe talk to someone about it.
