Not that there's anything wrong with the old art but I was curious to see a modernized interpretation :(

I've seen so many beautiful fanarty reinterpretations that I've pretty much resigned myself to being disappointed by whatever the actual art ends up looking like.

It looks like they're sticking to the manga's art style instead of a studio's personal style.

I'd ratyer not see it modernized too much in art style. I'm glad it seems that we won't be getting Sailor Moon: Precure. I was worried about the designs looking like something out of that franchise.

I like the old art of the animators (think later Stars Era) but I don't like Naoko's art, I was hoping and still hope they take more from the old anime and less from Naoko.
