Nah today totally sucked, I was at the surgery and this customer came in to get their teeth cleaned, looked like they hadn't been to an oral hygienist for over a decade, and when I hit them for the standard up-sells they looked like they were about to cry like a little bitch. Barely cleared 200 dollars on their consult. Still I got the referral fee from the local tireshop since my secretary managed to slide some nails into their wheels while they were waiting.
