Antibiotics can really mess with the balance of healthy bacteria in your body.

I wouldn't try any more over the counter products or any feminine hygiene soaps or lotions until you've been to see your gyno. You might end up aggravating the problem further. (pharmacy employee who has seen this happen before, here!)

In the meantime, you can try taking some probiotics or adding some yogurt to your diet, and if it is a yeast infection, cutting back on yeasty food and sugars and drinking plenty of water might help. Keep an eye (and a nose) on your pee, too. Sometimes vaginal issues and UTIs happen together.

Yeast and bacterial infections (even if they weren't originally transmitted through sex) can spread through sexual contact (even oral!) so I would probably hold off until you've talked to your gyno, and keep any cuts on your hands covered because yeast can infect those too.
