Seventh-Day Adventist. Born and raised.

I don't regularly attend church, and probably haven't in at least 5 years, which is highly ironic because I live only two doors away from one of Brisbane's bigger SDA churches.

I no longer ascribe to SDA vegetarianism either (it's not mandatory, but it's encouraged).

I still believe in God, and Jesus though, and for the most part my beliefs still remain mostly in line with SDA church doctrine.

BTW, on the born-and-raised thing, I extensively considered it during my teens and early 20s, and decided I still thought SDA doctrine was (mostly*) valid for me.

(* The mostly part is because my views about homosexuality is a lot more accepting than I would expect to hear from most Adventists, and like most good, regularly attending Adventists would probably have horrors at the online fanfiction community too.)
