All of them. But mostly House/Cuddy and Bones/Booth. Mostly because they made the show terrible.

There are many canon pairings I have no issue with, but House/Cuddy and Bones/Booth were/are awful. They destroyed the characters involved, too.

I think the problem is that they hook them up when they run out of good ideas.

Bones/Booth (and accompanying total disregard of the writers for Bones' character and backstory) ruined the show for me. House/Cuddy I just thought was annoying and unpleasant/

I agree, and I used to be a huge shipper of both of those pairings. Their actual getting together in canon, though, ruined the characters, the shows, and even the earlier seasons for me in the case of House.

It didn't really ruin the earlier seasons for me, but yeah, I stopped watching a few episodes after House and Cuddy got together. That was a train wreck.

I liked both ships. As non-canon ships. But they both were completely fucked up when made canon. I ended up not watching either show anymore due to those relationships.
