I don't even know what to say... I'm just sad. And disappointed.

As soon as we heard there was going to be a major character death I assumed it was going to be Allison because it seemed to fit with the 'Allison is a 2nd nogitsune' theory and I completely bought into it. (It made so much sense to me, what with the Kate hallucinations, her losing time, the phone messages, etc. It all seemed to add up.) And...now I'm even more upset because I feel like the show didn't do much with her this season besides pair her with Isaac and that sucks. It's not that she didn't have good moments this season, she certainly did, she just felt a bit ignored to me; I hate that Crystal wasn't given more to do. Then again this show has too many characters to begin with and there just isn't enough time to give everyone the screentime they deserve.

And, again, if Crystal wanted to leave that's one thing, but she didn't need to be killed off. They let Jackson escape unharmed. I get "She's an Argent, she lives by the code, she wants to protect her friends more than anything" but I guess I'm just bitter. If Jeff had really wanted to bring her back later he could've thought of a reasonably good excuse (or a shitty one, this is Jeff) to leave her alive and move her out of Beacon Hills. YOU KILLED OFF YOUR MOST COMPETENT CHARACTER!

blerg. I didn't mind the Scott/Allison aspect of her death too much because I did like them as a couple and felt that 'in the end' they were always going to be together, but I'm so upset she didn't get to have another moment with her father. She should have. At least she had already talked to him earlier in the episode... (That was the moment when I knew that she was probably dead. I was in denial, thinking maybe the fake spoilers would be true and the death would be Isaac. NGL, I wish it had been Isaac... Not that I don't like Isaac, I just don't think he's anywhere near as interesting a character and he doesn't tie into the plot as much as Allison does.)

I did love Coach this episode, loved Scott's concern for Stiles and Stiles' conviction that the nogitsune must die NO MATTER WHAT, loved Lydia sassing the nogitsune, but...I'm just so blah about the show right now. I was 100% sure Derek wasn't going to die (Derek is my #2), and now I'm just like...well, maybe he will, and IDK if I'm going to be around next season. Especially if they keep adding new characters. I'm just bummed about everything.

And Parrish, he's probably evil. I don't want him to be (he's delightful), it would be more surprising if he WASN'T, but his line was shady as fuck.

IDGAF about Peter and Malia or the twins, but I can't see Isaac sticking around next season; I have a feeling his actor might want to go do other things too. Chris? Maybe they'll keep Chris, but ugh, I'm not looking forward to that character arc.

Pretty much. I love the characters, I love the fic, but at this rate, the canon is speeding into Supernatural territory.

That said, the girls of Teen Wolf (plus Boyd) must be having a hell of a party in the afterlife. (except Kate. Kate's not invited.)

It sucks because on a whole I've liked 3B, I even think a couple of the episodes this season are the best in the entire series, but...right now, I don't like the way season four sounds. Maybe all the new characters Jeff is adding are people that will barely show up at all, or maybe Jeff wants to eventually phase out the entire 'original' cast. If the latter is the case...ugh. I'm not really interested.

(oh, early seasons Stiles! As much as I love him as a dark character, it's refreshing to see the real him. Now Jeff, you'd better give that boy hugs from his dad and blankets from Scott and Melissa, with plenty of sleep and hot cocoa. STAT.)

I want Stiles to have ALL of those things. I was super relieved and pleased at Stiles even being a bit funny again this episode, but if he isn't still going through some issues next season I'm going to call bullshit. No one can experience what he has without being changed (in some way) forever.

That's why as much as Dylan is killing it this season, Stiles should realistically be fucked up after all this. If that gets skimmed over in S4 I'll be pissed. He should have PTSD and feel tremendous guilt and maybe like he can't be trusted. It's not good storytelling to keep angsting with no end in sight, but it'd be realistic for what he's been through.

Isn't S4 supposed to focus on Lydia? I don't really read spoilers.

Yea, S4 is supposed to be Lydia's season and we're supposed to learn more about her banshee powers. (And other banshee's. The other banshee is returning next season too, so maybe they'll bond.)

They shouldn't spend nearly as much time on Stiles next season (which is understandable; 3B has been all about him) but I hope they do remember that he shouldn't be 'fine'. He should have major issues, should be guilty and depressed and scared of 'not being right', and should struggle with it for more than an episode or two. Not saying he needs to change into a completely humorless character (that would be unbearable) or always be fighting it, but there needs to be a follow up to this.

I forgot part of what I intended to say :P I don't want Stiles to be humorless forever and I don't think he will be, but I'm worried that everything he's been through will permanently affect him. That's if the writers go for continuity, which they might not.

Random aside: where the hell is Malia? She's been mentioned but the last we saw of her, she was supposed to be on her way to find Scott. Either she lied to Morrell about wanting to find Scott or she got lost in a vortex somewhere.

Well...it should permanently affect him, but as long as he stays Stiles that's okay, you know? No one can stay 100% the same forever and I don't think they would make him anything close to unrecognizable, but he would definitely have a whole new set of (metaphorical) scars and I imagine deep down, this will haunt him for the rest of his life.

She did see Scott! Er...I think it was the episode where Lydia and Scott and the twins got together to try to steal the scroll; it was a super brief mention and we didn't even see her, but Scott mentioned her bringing him the sword and the picture. That was all, one extremely brief mention. There's something shady about that girl... (Maybe I feel this way because every time Derek sleeps with someone there's disastrous results, and now I can't help believing maybe this will become a Stiles thing too, but I honestly believe she was possessed by another nogitsune or is bad on her own right -- something. We either aren't getting the whole story with her or the writers are just that bad.)

Damn. As many times as I watch these episodes, I missed that that's how they got the sword and picture *facepalm*

I really hope Parrish isn't evil. Supernatural creature? Sure. The line about being drawn to Beacon Hills wasn't subtle. Not all supernatural beings are evil in this universe, so I'm crossing my fingers.

Any of the main characters dying would have made me sad. But there is so much more they could have done with Allison, despite what Crystal said in the interview.

At this point I just don't know and don't trust Jeff. There ARE plenty of supernatural creatures and being supernatural doesn't automatically make one psychotic, but I feel it's much more likely that they introduce him, get us to like them, he turns evil and escapes before anyone can kill him. (GRRR.)

At any rate he's probably dying in the finale so I'm pissed about being attached to him already. Why did I have to grow attached to him...

I feel like Allison was shafted this season, but they certainly could've done plenty things with her character in the future. That she wanted to leave is understandable, but I can't enjoy her dying. Let's just hope she's the only main character they plan to kill anytime soon.

Can I cry at you over Allison? Because I need someone to cry at over Allison. Like the speculation was there and I was buying into it but at the same time I was really, really hoping that it wasn't true THEN IT WAS AND IDK WHAT I AM FEELING ANYMORE. Just lots of sadness, all the sadness(I've like marathoned the whole bloody show in like two-weeks and I fell so, so in love with Allison AND THIS IS WHAT I GET). As you said if Crystal Reed wanted to leave that really is her choice, and I completely respect it, but maybe they could have written her out without killing her? ~~Jackson is still technically alive and I'm sorry to anyone that likes him but he does not fucking deserve it.~~

And agreed about Scott/Allison, like I didn't mind it(and tbh in season 2 I thought they were pretty cute before it all blew up) and I was completely accepting that they were the show's OTP, they'd fight then get back together and get married and have like the most adorable kids, with Stiles being the best uncle ever and now... Idk I am just so bummed...

Allison was a lot of people's first thought with the whole dying thing but near the end of the season I became so wrapped up in 'it's going to be Isaac' (which I thought "Will be unfortunate and sad but totes fine") that I went into full denial and ignored the possibility and now I'm like, "No, you did not just do that to one of your best characters. YOU DIDN'T!" She was too good for this world. And this show. And everything. Jackson DEFINITELY didn't deserve to live. (Nor did Peter, or Deucalion, Gerard or the twins. I'm so fucking tired of these awful people getting away with murder while people like Allison dies. Probably forever.)

I think the show overdid Scott/Allison in season one because while I could objectively see that they were adorable together, it just felt like too much at once. But by season 2 I couldn't help but feel like they were great and they belonged together and were always going to come back together, and I was okay with that. Jeff even said that Allison was supposed to make it through the entire series alive, but he must've decided killing her off when Crystal left was a fine alternative. I don't like Jeff. Scott and Allison (or just Allison herself, SHE SHOULD HAVE GOT TO GROW UP AND BE AN ADULT) should have had a happy ending, or at least we could have written our own head-canons about her if she had survived. Urg...

(I didn't mean to worry you! But I do feel the same. Tyler has hinted to being back in season four on his twitter, but now I'm worried I'm reading into things too much and he's not really safe. Then again...he IS a guy, and a white one at that, so he's probably okay and I'm just overreacting. I just couldn't if Derek died. I couldn't.)

Yeah Isaac and Allison were the two most likely targets, and as mean as it is to say I would have been okay with Isaac biting it(I wouldn't have enjoyed it but I wouldn't be as upset). God she really was one of the best characters on the show, how much she's changed over the seasons has be great and ugh. I'm getting bitter now.(and so agreed on them too, I forgot to mention them but it seriously sucks that all the evil men have been brought back/survived. I really want the twins and Peter to bite it, really why do they get a pass?).

Agreed it was a little overdone at times but hey it did get better and I fully expected them to be end-game. Ugh fucking Jeff Davis man. I know right? Ugh to everything...

(I am pretty sure that Derek's fine but, there is just a niggling worry simply because one character I thought would be relatively safe would make it. Oh man I shouldn't laugh but... It's fucking true.

The characters on this show take A LOT of damange until someone wants them to die. Like Kali and the glass? I thought that was kind of lame after Derek had a steel pipe plunged through his chest and lived. I get that Allison is human so her dying makes more sense, but it still rubs me the wrong way. Isaac was more expendable, but maybe that's exactly why they didn't bother killing him. (I think Peter gets a pass because he's snarky and hot. Which are fine things to like, but when you have his backstory...I really don't see how they justify him hanging around and anyone trusting him for anything.)

Yea, their romance did start out really quickly but most of TW's romances have. At least they had chemistry and were good with each other. :(

(We did see Derek shot in one of the previews, so that's definitely going to happen, but it wouldn't be even nearly the first time a werewolf was shot on TW and healed from it. So now that we know it's going to happen and that it's not typically fatal that would be the worst possible way for Derek to die. I doubt it'll happen. I'm just paranoid.)

Yeah, that can be true in a lost of other TV/movies as well 'x-thing is super amazing awesome, and can heal from anything, oh look it's dead from a knife in the side because plot' which is always pretty annoying, and lazy.(Yeah I enjoyed Peter's snark but I do not understand why he gets to hang around, same goes for the twins as well, you'd think that no one would trust them at all).

(Oh gosh I had forgotten about that, man that'd be such a dumb way for him to go and a bit much since it would be the episode right after Allison's death. But yay for paranoia! :|)
