It makes sense, though. Most of my friends are male, but pretty much all my new friends are female.

I know about the wariness thing. After I realized that some people were going to be assholes to me because of my sex and gender, I stopped trusting strange men as much. It's the Schroedinger's rapist dillemma: you can either assume every man you meet is a potential rapist and keep yourself safe while pissing a lot of guys off because how dare you insinuate that they could be dangerous, or you can get accused by those same people of leading a guy on or being stupid and not protecting yourself.

Yay, equality.

I used to have mainly male friends, but it turned out that they were just using me to try to get close to my gorgeous sister. So now I'm wary of some guys, but I hate the notion that girls are the only backstabbers.
