What anime are you watching that's not longer than 50 episodes?

I meant that I don't like long running shows, so I like that most anime is short.

I just phased that badly.

There are tons of anime that only have one or two seasons of 12 or 13 episodes. I'm not even super into anime and I'm pretty sure this is common.

Not shounen series, obviously.

Looking at a seasonal chart, most anime are 12 or so episodes (1-cour), with a couple that are 24 or so episodes (2 cour.) A lot of shows don't do well enough to justify a second season, which is almost entirely based off of merchandise and DVD sales, not the amount of viewers.

Most long running shows are daytime anime that are target at kids or families.
