i'm the exact opposite. somewhere during my teens i lost the ability to enjoy cartoons. everyone is like 'aww you don't watch cartoons? you shouldn't be ashamed, cartoons are cool not like these boring adult shows' and i'm like 'uh thanks but no thanks'

I think that most of the problems with Book 2 were actually that they couldn't balance all the characters. The stuff with Korra herself was good, but then there was a lot of unnecessary drama and nonsense to give Mako, Bolin and Asami things to do.

I could never really get into shipping, but just being in fandom I'd definitely agree that there's more focus on the romantic than anything else.

It isn't just exclusive to fandom, though, I think society as whole has romanticized sex and being in love to the determinant of other non-sexual relationships.

And that makes me very sad.

Aaaah, Postmodern Jukebox! What a fabulous group. Their proper, swing version of Young & Beautiful is absolutely gorgeous!

I'm not really fond of the music myself, but I agree that I wish it had a bigger fandom. It's still one of my favorite versions, even if it is a "bad" movie.

That font's not hard to read enough, maybe make it smaller.
