Sure. They can not engage in rape, abuse, and/or other negative behaviors towards women, and they can work with women in attempting to rectify inequalities enshrined in cultural infrastructure.

Men don't need to make amends for things other men are doing right now, let alone what men have done for several million years. (Be respectful of women's caution, yes, they should do that, but that's about being a decent person, not making up for something.)
