There were only three phones that were available for free on this plan. I chose this one because it was yellow. (Sony Xperia Go, fairly low-range smartphone. It's Android, but not something super fancy. The plan is a $30 cap thing - about $150 of call and text credit and 200MB of internet, via Optus, an Australian provider.)
