Yeah, that's pretty much the point of mpreg. While a story about a pregnant trans man character could be really interesting, mpreg the genre is more "these guys are cis but they neeeeeeed to have babies".

The vast majority of men cannot have babies. The vast majority of women can.

Some men are born with a vagina and can, some women are born with a penis and cannot. We FUCKING KNOW.
