Re: Opinions on people adding fic/art on artwork?
The artist can feel irritated, sure, but if they're raging at the second artist they're being a dick. Especially if the original is fanart - it's not even their character?
The original meaning of their fanart is unchanged, their art is not harmed in anyway, the other artist has just added to show their own take but original!artists artwork is unharmed. Welcome to free speech/creativity/parodies/reinterpretation and all that.
