Maybe? I saw the Rescuer movies like once as a kid. I remember the Down Under one better though. I have no idea what the plot of the first one is about but I know the second is about a boy and a golden eagle.

The first one is about the mice having to rescue a little girl who is abducted from an orphanage and used as disposable labor. (Her abductors send her down into a cave that floods at high tide to retrieve lost pirate treasures.)
