Yesterday someone here said women can be topless in NYC and it really surprised me. I just found out it's actually the whole state! And it isn't the only one: http://gotopless.org/news.php?item.3.1

IMO pretty much all public nudity should be legal in pretty much all circumstances, except where some real and urgent necessity requires it not be.

(Sometimes I get really jealous on hot days where guys get to walk around in shorts and no top and I'm constrained to shorts, bra and tank top. IT IS HOT.

It's legal where I live, but almost nobody takes advantage of it. There was at least one car accident the first day, though.

Sometimes when it's really hot and sticky out, I wish it was legal where I live, and then I realize I'd gross even myself out, because I have more chest hair (only on me it's chest and boob hair) than some men. (I've tried shaving and sugar waxing and it's nice until I inevitably get at least one ingrown hair. Those hurt like fuck.) More power to people that take advantage of those laws, though. I'd probably be extra careful not to walk near a topless woman while crossing the street, just because around here it'd probably cause accidents.
