It's a shitty situation, no doubt, but the odds of someone adopting a dog with these kinds of behavioral issues aren't great. Hell, our overcrowded shelters can attest that it's hard enough getting people to adopt dogs that are well behaved. Maybe there's some kind of organization or something near where OP lives that specializes in rehabilitating dogs with aggressive tendencies.
