It seems entirely possible to me. I've got a 102-year-old cousin who is still going strong.

Also, my father was born in the early nineteen-twenties - and although he was still a boy when he saw "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," he also loved it as an adult. You have to remember, well-animated feature-length cartoons were pretty rare back then, and Disney took pains to make those early movies memorable. They left an impression we can't begin to imagine today.
