I used to be something like a lumberjack! Sometimes I still get snooty about how people cut down trees. Last Sunday my neighbors were cutting a couple down in their yard and I basically stood at the window all afternoon mentally critiquing their technique.

(YOU DON'T START A CHAINSAW IN MIDAIR FLAILING AROUND LIKE A FISH, YOU PUT IT ON THE GROUND OR ON ANOTHER OTHERWISE STURDY SURFACE--OR IF YOU'RE BRAVE YOU CAN CLAMP IT BETWEEN YOUR THIGHS AND START IT, BUT THAT SEEMS LIKE TOO MUCH RISK)
