I...think...this is how Brits/UKians refer to lettuce and lettuce-like plants/vegetables. I am slightly too embarrassed to ask, though....

Is it arugula? Because there's a salad at my favorite local pizza place (as mentioned in my comment on the OP's thread) called the Rocket Salad made with arugula and it's delicious (also the only way I'll eat arugula but I bet it would be goon on pizza)

I've had a salad called the Rocket Salad, but didn't know what the ingredient was. Maybe it's arugula.

ETA: just looked it up and rucola = arugula. Apparently the word "arugula" is only used in the US.
