Olive and Emerson from Pushing Daisies. They're my favorite characters and I love them as BFFs.

Yes! That's one of the biggest problems I had with the finale, that they set up Olive and Emerson as friends and potential investigative partners in the last half of the second season and then wrapped it up with "And then Olive went off with some guy we don't know."

I know nothing about that show, but I love the actor who plays Emerson. So maybe I should watch it.

IT's got a very strong and distinctive whimsical/quirky style, with a narrator and tons of wordplay and bright colors and bizarre circumstances, all wrapped around a core of black humor. I love it to death, but it's something where you either love it or hate it, I think!
