Merlin/Arthur and Merlin/Gwaine. I ship the hell out of them, sure, but I love reading gen too. Especially from Gwaine or Merlin's POV.

To lesser extent, Starsky/Hutch. I vastly prefer to read slash, but I take gen sometimes too.

Is there a lot of Starksky/Hutch fanfic? I see you posting about it all the time. But I can't imagine a huge amount for such a small fandom.

It's an "old" fandom and was pretty big one back in the day. I've read fic from zines published in the '80's. There's not like HP levels of fic, but there's a decent amount (and a decent amount that doesn't suck- the old school slash cliches though, lol). There's even a modern day Big Bang thing going on right now that I'm kind of following.
