Woaw. That sucks. :/

I think, yes, in hindsight maybe you saying, "Yes, I'm afraid of heights but I'd still like to give it a go." would have made a difference. Talking from the view of an employer, having someone say they can't do something or having someone say I'm not sure I can do this but I will give it a go, the latter makes a far better impression.
Also, I admire you for saying outright that you've got an autism spectrum disorder, but maybe in future just keep it to yourself because it could make people wary. Really, it's not their business anyway. As long as you do a good job, they shouldn't need to know.
Having said all that, looking at the other comments you're probably better of not working at Walmart.

Yeah....that's true.

and yeah I definitely think I'll keep that under wraps for a little longer. and I think that I'm going to be more secretive about that. I'd actually like to see if they ever figure it out. Honestly sometimes I feel like I give off 'vibes' that give it away or I just make it obvious sometimes.

I think I want to try working somewhere else. I'll maybe apply at Wallyworld as a last resort. But otherwise , best to try other things.
