I try for about 48oz. a day (sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less) but I've been lacking in recent weeks.

BTW One of my friends says when she drinks water it makes her pee a lot more. For me, I can usually depend on needing to pee about 1 or 2 hours after I drink water. I don't think it makes my bladder seem more active than usual though. Anyone else feel like my friend?

If I drink anything without food (or more than one glass with food) I have to pee noticeably more. It's incredibly annoying.

If I drink a lot more water I have to pee more, but not noticably more. Maybe like three times instead of two a day.

Yes. Plain water makes me have to pee a lot more than pretty much any other drink, only something with a ton of caffeine in it is worse.
