That doesn't really count as a shipping war though. Just the usual criticism because of abuse/consent/ethics stuff (plus the usual amount of hate for being big and having lots of OOC fanworks); there's no big opposition like Megatron/Optimus shippers that are constantly at war with Megatron/Starscream and creating bad feeling like there would be with some fandoms. I think OP is wanting Ship VS Ship wank.
