Same. I don't keep track of how much I drink, I just drink when I'm thirsty and stop drinking when I'm not.

I think what's is weird how so many people are so obsessed with drinking a certain amount of water and making sure they drink that amount even when they aren't thirsty.

It's like... dude, thirst exists for a reason. Every single other species on this planet does just fine without mathmatically calculating out how much water they should be drinking and humans are no exception.
