I don't keep track, but I'd estimate at least 64oz a day. Probably more. Plus coffee and usually a drink or two at night.
... I have to pee all. the. time. at work. I keep a huge cup of water and a mug of hot water at my desk at all times, and I just refill whenever I finish it. I end up drinking distractedly as I work.
