27. <3 The bitching about them not finidng stuff is one of the reasons why I'm wary of going to any forums for the show. They are all about disproving the hauntings, and some of my favorite episodes are ones where they explained everything.

27 - I think your secret has given me new insight on how stomach-churning it is when people make comments about how hard etc. they would do actual people (not characters) and all that. I mean, they're actual people with families. I've never seen the show, but I've met both of them (I think I actually have a public post on my LJ regarding that) and it's just..ugh...going to stop now lol, just wanted to say..thanks? really, because previously I was undecided on my stance on peoples' comments of that sort.

And as for the main part of your secret, I am glad that you like the show, I would watch it myself if I was into non-fiction paranormal (like instead of just reading sci-fi novels and the like). The materials they showed at the presentation I was at (I met them at the exclusive meet&greet beforehand) were really intriguing and have opened my mind to further possibilities and questions I hadn't thought to ask before :-)

I totally just rambled..I think I need sleep :-P

Most of the good slash is femslash in Avatar, but I have a special place in my heart for the surely messed-up awesome that would be Zuko/Zhao.

I also ship Long Feng/Earth King in a weird way. I'm pretty sure nobody else does.

Too bad that nobody cares about what you say, because if they like a pairing, they like it, no matter if random people on the internet disapprove because it goes against their view on canon. ;( Cri, cri.

(Seriously, they're a lot things I can't stand about the yaoi community (for example making characters OOC so they fit together, though it happens in het shipping just as well), but that someone likes unlikely pairings? Isn't one.)

8- I sort of know how that feels, though I don't think I'm quite so bad off as you. I wouldn't suggest trusting him implicitly, though- he could probably use some therapy as well.

10- because turning straight guys gay is just giving in to your creativity and the amazing dynamics between characters, but turning gay guys straight is ZOMG HOMOPHOBIC. And so is not liking yaoi.

Claudia Black is ugly, I've never gotten all that Farscape love, the show was pretty bleh!, and the protagonists were nothing special, and Claudia Black is overrated, she's not even that kind of ugly/hot, she's just plain ugly.
