This is true. House colors aren't anywhere near as prevalent as I hoped they would be. Except for the Lannisters.

And their banners are mostly blue and red (with a little white). Posing as Tullys (also not wearing not much blue and red), the bastards.

having not seen the show past s2, or knowing much about the boltons, maybe it's an attempt to avoid the flambuoyantly evil stereotype? i mean all i know about this guy is that he tortures theon and chops his dick off or smth, so yeah.

It's not pink because he's gay/flamboyant, it's pink because that's the color of his house and is meant to represent flayed skin.

Dang, I am so bad with faces. I didn't realize until reading the comments that the character pictured wasn't that Will guy from Hannibal.

I thought so too, and I watch both shows.

Same. It's weird how silly little details disappoint me, like Tyrion not having mismatched eyes. I'm not like "Goddamnit, D&D," but still bummed.

We all are, anon. Even more disappointed that Walda looks so bland on the show. Actually all the Northerners got crappy, boring, bland costumes.

I wish I could say this is my biggest issue with the show, but it's not. It IS, however, one of my persistent beefs. Like, there's still ways to be ~fashionable~ and covered up, dear costume designers. Just because it's too cold to flash your cleavage like show!Margaery doesn't mean you can't look chic instead of wearing a godawful neck ruffle for three seasons until someone slits your throat.
