Yeah, it's a creepy pairing and the relationship would never work, but I shipped it back in the day and I still ship it now. More in a pining from afar/unrequited way, though. If OP or anyone else is looking for fic, there are a couple of fic rec lists/archives here:

Not sure if aurimynonys still updates her livejournal, but she's still very active (and posting fics) on her tumblr here : http://aurimynonys.tumblr.com/

I shipped that pairing a lot back in the days, seeing that there are still new fics being written for it makes me wish I was still as into it as I used to be! I've read a couple, and personally thought they were pretty good. Just... sadly not really my thing anymore.
