Cuz it's not there to begin with. Elsa is very relieved to be away from the castle, but she's still worried about being able to control her powers, and she still believes that the best thing for her sister is that she not be in Anna's life at all, which is not a healthy thing to think.

I think the most telling line is when she sings "I'm never going back". At least to me that line sounded a liiiitle hesitant; she had left everything she knew behind, but it's not like she hated her sister or her kingdom. I think deep down she knew she'd have to go back eventually.

Yeah, her expression there is hesitant as well. Like, as she's actually singing, she's thinking, "Am I making a mistake?"
